No. It works for any business that talks to clients on WhatsApp: real estate, clinics and salons, car dealers, retail and e-commerce, restaurants, travel, education and services. You add your own products or services and set the AI's tone and rules, so it speaks for your business.

### Does it use the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. AILOOKS connects through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on your own business number.

### Which languages does the AI speak?

English and Arabic. It follows the client's language by default, or you can fix it to one. The app itself is in English, Arabic, Kurdish Sorani and Kurmanji.

### When does a person take over?

Whenever someone on your team taps Take over. AILOOKS also hands the chat over by itself when a client asks for a booking, a visit or a call, or once they're qualified, depending on your settings.

### What will it offer my clients?

Only the products, services or listings you add, with their photos. Mark one as unavailable and AILOOKS stops offering it.

### Can I turn the AI off?

Yes, with one switch in AI settings. Your team keeps using the inbox as normal.

### Who can see our leads and chats?

Only your business. Each business has its own private account, and roles decide what each team member can see.

### How does billing work?

Plans are yearly and include a set number of seats. Pay in full, or in 2 or 4 installments by card.
